got some bad gas during DW

i crawled under my car to remove the receiver hitch and noticed my filter looked pretty bad ,at first i thought it was road grim.. but its full of some black/brown goo...
every part of my fuel system is brand new(other than moon tank) and its clean...
i drained the tank and found a small amount ....
so i got into some bad fuel somewhere along the way..might want to check yours ...odds are we stopped at the same places...

Interesting. I planned on doing a filter change anyways as I'm a bit over a year since I changed both filters (tank filter then a fine EFI filter). Thanks for the heads up.
              Escaped on a technicality.
