actually i get my grits mailorder from the Old Mill in Pigeon Forge,Tn and they are indeed stone ground 20min cooktime grits. I also have some Antebellum grits that you have to soak overnight and take an hour and a half or so to prepare, but i haven't made them yet. And i wish it was the grits,at least I could fix it. My guess though is it was the Agent Orange flavored water I drank for 3 years in the central highlands that gave me this heart disease.Maybe I can clear this up.....I thought the cop was a prostitute. -
