We finished the trunk mounted battery today. Bruce loomed and shrink wrapped all the wiring and connected up front to a distribution block with relays off the back to protect the accessories. We still need to increase the size of the wire to the Fuel pump.

If you don't mind me asking, where did he get the loop he used for the wiring? It's time to replace the factory loom on my donor harness with something that's not as brittle.
Began mocking up the fan today. Belt and tensioner are in and installed. Its a matter of hooking up the fan, plumbing the cooling system, hooking the evac system up and the crankcase ventilation.
Damned good week this week. Only thing between us and some Dyno time is wiring and installing the fans and radiator, then hooking the cooling system up to it. Here is the plumbing hooked up except for the radiator and the rear mounted heat exchanger. We will probably work on the hoses to clean them, up but I am very pleased with the setup as is.
Pretty much got over the last hurdle today. The radiator and fan setup is hooked up with wiring and plumbing. The remote electric water pump is hooked up. The cooling system is under pressure. Only thing remaining is to hook the heat exchanger reservoir up in the trunk. May start tomorrow
she does sure whine a lot .... mine is now all mine, so it's time to start considering upgrades - although the CTS Spider is going to be done before the GTO gets any kind of super love.
Roll cage/bar starts next week as does a brace for the top cog. The whipple brace is obviously not being completely used so we are looking for lighter and stronger.
