the 1st lighted switch had a short, so I bought another switch... tomorrow I'll buy a 3rd switch because I have no idea where switch #2 is..... did I mention I own a countersurfing bloodhound?.... argh!!!!

A large amount of cayenne pepper all over the counter will stop that.

ever absentmindedly put your hand on a counter with cayenne pepper infused to it then immediately wipe your eye? ???

I considered that, also considered using the old GM horn ring (under the lock ring) as my contact for the switch because my current steering wheel uses a self-enclosed button for the horn.... and I'm not willing to remove the horn as it's the best way to get latte sipping, egg-driving, finger-texting, lap dog owning, sorry excuse for drivers to get the hades out of my way.

One other note, I try to keep all the plumbing below the Master Cylinder and above the factory distribution block which is still in my car and amazingly still functions in terms of the low or imbalanced pressure brake warning light. The lines make lateral runs point to point which makes bleeding and getting a really firm pedal much easier.

I use a t-handle button like the picture in thread when the automatic is in place and the Hurst supplied button on the six speed shifter.

On another note... I was thinking about one for my 4th gen Camaro, How will it effect the abs? I was thinking on the rear brakes. : Maybe this is a Moog point since I will be locking out the rear breaks. ??????

Just check out the SLP linelock kit for 4th gen camaro's. I can tell you from personal experience it does not mess with the ABS. ;)
