I use both a Stewart stage 4 BBC mechanical pump and there inline electric. I installed the electric to handle the load at low rpm. The mechanical flows up to 160 GPM @ high RPM, while the electric puts out a for sure 55 GPM any time its turned on. I think that this is more than any other electric pump. I’m not sure it would move enough coolant in all situations (freeway uphill) but if you cannot fit in a mechanical pump then I think the inline Stewart is your best bet.
