Now you've done it. You made the front half of your car dentless and rust free. Now, you'll have to do the rest of the car. Just made more work for yourself there, buddy. haha. Looks great.

As nice as it is..i have heard those comments as it is...from enthusiasts..It isnt easy being a hot rodder.
And everyone and their families, want to have it painted..and when i say..i want it blue..they say.."why not black or yellow or red?"..nono..i want it blue,i say..and then they argue about how nice it would have been red or yellow,or flat black.."well,i say,i still want it blue, and if that wont fit into your head..then,maybe it can be as it is,cause you wouldnt like it blue anyway".
Then they walk.
And i understand them, cause as the car sits with the wheels and stance,it looks killer..especially when they hear it screamin at 6000rpms,and 200feet with black rubber on the asphalt..
Its like when we see a project in an old barn..we want it back from the dead. But sometimes its refreshing to just let that project keeps its soul..i mean..how often dont we see a project gets finished, and then its for sale..cause,the guy or girl,is finished with it..its THAT finished..they are afraid of gettin the paint scratched, and cant drive to the store, cause there could be someone lookin at their car..or heaven forbid..touch it.
Well,im not saying thats what keep me from getting a nice paint, but i want stop using it..thats the greatest part about it.
That car would stupid in bright red. Black is done to death. I like the blue. It lets the driver and drive train do the talking.

Last track day, took its toll on the front brakes..nothing left now after all these years..the original discs and all.Numbers matching..so now i have installed the 12 inch 1Le discs withe the B body wagon spindles..
Didnt go too well..the front wheels are touching the caliper...so i used 3/8 inch spacers..some universal ones, but i dont like them.Too much universal for me,cause the wheels arent touching the inner diameter on the disc.Oh well..i need more wheels nonetheless.Guess i have to make new wheels with the right offset and innerdiameter to clear the caliper.
rodders always find a way to improvise a solution... gotta love that ride tho... had a 76 laguna until it got run over in the parking lot at work a lot of years ago...![]()
