Thanks, just hoping nothing falls through on the financing end since I literally just signed my re-finance papers on my current house a week ago. So the timing is horrible, raises redflags about loan fraud on the re-fi (better rates on primary home loans), but I didn't take any money out and the listing hit the market after I signed the papers so it's legit. Just makes me a bit nervous. I'm going to be renting my current house out when all is said and done. Rental demand here is strong, especially for where my house is located in town.Escaped on a technicality.Comment
