    There is gold in Tucson....no...really...look

I often want to respond to some of these ads and ask of they are serious or insane... possibly on drugs

    Almost 9 G's for a beater pickup

    ever used craiglook.com?

wow. that shows the variation on a national scale. I just looked up 79 malibu..found wagons in great shape with two tone factory paint, velore interior, back end fixed with heavier springs (they all sagged if anyone remebers) $2500. with facory v8, no need to hack stuff...

a few states south with a balljointstraining, a-arm bending two door plowing...$12500

    it is hilarious. :
this is after the wagon beats it in every freakin which way possible...over a period f 31 years...

Like the Buckets/Console in the Blue Fury. I guess the guy with the Truck is thinking all the 'Aftermarket'(Wheels,Steering Wheel,Chrome on Engine,Gauges....)stuff on it makes a 'Muscle Truck'...or something : ;D. ~J/W.

I dont think you could, as seen by the prices these morons want, you would have to make 2 times what you paid to make a good profit...consider shipping as well....I have seen guys start that type of business in wester PA, by dragging cars up from the carolinas....they all failed within months...if there was a way to move the cars cheaply then I suppose a profit could be made.

If it runs and drives, $2000 might be a decent price, especially if it's rust free. The GMC ain't worth that price, but the Fury might be. It just looks dirty.

The interior is smoked...the vinyl is hard and brittle, all the seals are gone....rats have got to the wiring...even if it does run it will need a rebuild as does the front end....the interior will cost thousands to replace IF you can find the items (65 thru 69 are the forgotten years in the aftermarket) the only thing is the sheetmetal and the body style is not popular.....2K is a streatch....1K maybe.....500...sure......

they are...2 hours away...everyone think because that the cars are relatively rust free and are old are worth a fortune...would like to smack each one of these clowns silly and out of their dream world.

Did you actually go look at it? If it really is that bad, then yeah, 2k is a bit much, I keep going back to the running and driving in a solid car. Though it doesn't mean it runs and drives good, and it doesn't look like it was doing much running or driving lately. From the pictures I would probably look into it, make the call when you see it in person.

I dont need to go see it..I have been hunting cars out here for 15 years...the pics of the interior tell everything I need to know about the interior, you can see the hardening of the vinyl.....the heat out here does crazy things to the inside of a car that sits outside like this one obviously has...I know there is rust there too...AZ car or not. these 67, 68 Fury parts are harder to come by than the 65,66 cars...there are these little ground squirrles out here...they love to live under cars that sit for a long time...great protection from hawks and such...they get inside, build nests and eat the wires...if this has been sitting for more than a year the wires have at a minimum been nibbled. This is not the worst example...there was a basket case car like this, all apart..missing motor and trans, the top was cut off....the clown wanted 3500...."perfect for restoration" haha
