    Re: Well Shite

I used to enjoy skiing when I was younger and a tad more limber and in shape.
At this stage of life I'd rather hang in the lodge and cocktail it.
I don't bounce near as good as I used to, more like a crash test dummy now.

Sorry also to hear of your injuries. I've cracked ribs and dislocated a shoulder snow skiing myself. With all the celebs that have died skiing (and they prolly could ski better than me I say you should move over to water skiing ) not as cold either unless you do it in the winter ;D

I agree with Hoosier - stick with water skiing.... 'cause big V8s are generally involved!

you can still hurt yourself water skiing - but it's much more rare.

one of the serious guys in the ski club on our lake has broken his lower leg twice - but he ski's at a very competitive nearly semi - pro level. I don't even attempt to get more than a couple turns through the course, and I'm not real tempted to bare foot either. Jumping does look like fun tho.
There's always something new to learn.

              That's the best line ever.

I can sure appreciate a good day skiing; I actually got out once in January for the first time in 10 years. I don't miss it as much as I thought I did. ATVs are much more fun for me.

              I hope you heal quickly.
