I love the wagon, but i really like the Pickup.

I hope the wagon gets done, but the PU is a very nice second choice,
orginal PATINA is IN.

Well .... you have to understand that this changes daily. I have been walking around with color books (House of Kolor, PPG/Dupont) for what seems like 2 weeks now.

At this moment in time - shinny.

If you want more info than that you will have to wait for LR. It is still going to be tight as I am not expecting the car back before 5/23. If, that was IIIFFFFFF, I get it back before Memorial weekend then I should have time to reassemble, make some mods to the cooling system and do the engine PM work. I really don't like doing everything the last minute but it will be whatever it will be and there is nothing I can do about it at this point.

Edit: I didn't realize that was you MIKEE. So you will have to wait even longer as we won't be hooking up with you until Madison (I believe).

The colors will be (drum roll please)

Concept Black and Blue Ice Metallic

Painted in the Ford tu-tone style for 1957 with Black on the roof and lower portion of the body.

Now the question is - will it be ready in time for the big show?????

Still seems like a ton of work left to do on the car but they don't seem concerned. The current plan is for it to go into the both next weekend and be back home with me by the 23rd. IF that was IIIIIFFFFFFFFF that happens (and nothing else blows up with my plans) then I should have enough time to get the car prepped for the tour. 8) 8) 8)

Yeah - but I feel like the little boy that cried wolf at this point.

They are still working on the roof.

There is a chance that it could go to paint May 30th/June 1st which MIGHT get it back to me by June 2nd. If I got in on Tuesday and IF I decided that we didn't need to be in LR on Friday, then I might be able to get it back together in time for a Saturday afternoon arrival. I have been saying this for a month now (it was originally supposed to be finished on May 1st).

I am working on the truck in parallel as well but there are other things happening that could put everything in the toilet despite my efforts to get something ready. :'( :'( :'(
