2 x 350 (sbc) = 16
2 x 350 (olds) = 16
1 x 327 = 7 (its blowed up)
2 x 305 = 16
1 x 273 = 8
1 x 427 = 8
1 x 440 = 8
1 x 241 = 8
1 x 173 = 6
1 x weedwacker = 1
1 x lawmower = 1
1 x snowblower = 1
So I guess my count is 16+16+7+16+8+8+8+8+6+1+1+1 = 89
I want to drop one of the 305's into my S10 so the 173 v6 will probably be going away. The 327 has a rod sticking through the side of the block on the #1 cylinder...so its only a 7 cylinder.
I think my friend bill is the worlds champion. We went through just his "good" SBC cores (327, 350, and 400's) and ended up with 61 skids of 4 engines per looking for a date coded 68' 327 for a guy. Found one - it even had the correct block codes! We didn't even look into his shop, or any of the "off brands" or "crappy SBC's". Theres got to be at least another 200 engines there. No wonder good small blocks are hard to find around here. He has them all!
