I watched it, we are big Segal fans....he's not the typical "hollywood" type either. I don't know if you caught it, but he's a RESERVE deputy chief, he does that for free! God bless him!!!

Yeah, that and the effort he puts into training the others around to be better and more safe. Top notch guy.

I remember went his movies were out, people were saying that it was all Hollywood, and that he didn't have the skill and back ground that the movies showed. I think we can call BS to that. My son got all pumped up after watching, little shit slipped a chin lock on me from behind after seeing how its done on the show. I would never tell him (hes 9) but, I struggled to get loose and paniced alittle. ;D

We need more guys like SS in this world.

I remember seeing an interview will Van Damm some time ago and the interviewer asked himif he was the best at martial arts. He said no, his stuff was all academic and for show. He said the real deal was Chuck Norris, Steven Seagal, and Jackie Chan. He said Seagal was really fast and the slow motion stuff in the movies was so you could see his moves. Also said Chan was lightning fast.

Two key things in a fight. If you can't stand or breath, you can't fight. There is nothing that is off limits.

If its a gun fight/edged weapon, you definitely need to stay on your feet. However, if its just a regular fight, I prefer to go to the ground, just the area that I train in (Jiu Jitsu).

as long as she's not a child - it doesn't matter.... where he and she are at the actions are legal.... thus US law enforcement don't care.

of course, ethically and morally - well, I'd run afoul of the religion police so I just won't say anything other then he's wrong.
