looks like a resin chamber (cough) ... yuck. Nice filter, btw. I wondered about something this morning. My oil pan has some rust in it from me being neglectful and leaving it out during the rain after a power wash. I think I'll acid dip it. I wonder if that would help tanks? Or CLR / Lye?

It's about 12 miles out there. I think this is residual rust from me leak testing the sump. I figure it should be about cleaned out by now! lol

If you are looking for times, look back a couple of pages. Not as quick as I had hoped for the first time out, but a successful trip nonetheless. I was nervous and my driving reflected it.

Oh yeah, the DA was 5900' that night.

Unfortunately, that is more the norm than the exception around here. Don't look for any Drag Week records to fall when they come here. Everybody is going to be wondering why their cars are so slow and then realize the DA is stupid. lol
