    Have them check Laguna Seca's website, even though it's pretty much the "off season" they may have something going on. Something else cool is the James Dean memorial, it's about 2 miles west of the Hwy 41 and Hwy 46 intersection where he died . Apparently, lots of people like to photograph their cars in front of it.

    I was stationed there years back in the Army. Not much car stuff there beyond the track at this time of the year. You can go to Cannery Row, the place where ZZ Top's eliminator met is demise.
