I've always wanted my car to run right long before it looked right. I had a friend who had the coolest looking 67 Camaro in school. He had spent thousands on a paint job, but his car smoked something awful. My guess he ran it out of oil once and collapsed the rings. All the smoke took away from the cool paint job.
My Dad once said that the coolest paint job in the world won't get your car out of the driveway. Make it run right first. My finances kind of made it imperative. Though it's ugliness is starting to really bother me.BS'er formally known as Rebeldryver
