My current daily driver '97 Suzuki with 98 screaming ponies. The only reason I keep it is because the tranny hasn't given up yet (it's 2nd) and the A/C still works.

it's just quick enough to match traffic...but, i don't like to drive over 50 because of the lack of overdrive.

maybe it's not too bad... but compared to the bike it's like watching the grass grow.

I had a D50 that had been left sitting too long, gumming up the carburetor. It was a turd... and it wouldn't idle in gear.

My first thought was of my first car a 1957 Opel station wagon, but then I remembered my '58 Volkswagen van with the original and worn out 36 horse engine. Yep, slow is the word for both of them.

a 95 avenger, probably not as slow as some of yours, but that car was way too heavy for the little 2.0 in it. Had trouble spinning the tires on snow, that made it a good winter car though.

'78 Dodge Colt w/ 1.8 Mitsubishi motor and a 4 speed....took it to Pueblo (lower altitude than Bandimere) and it went a 21.30@77 mph......

Early 90s Subaru wagon...but the awd was the only way we could get to our house in the winter sometimes

Hands down, the 1993 Geo Metro I bought brand new. It was so slow it couldn't get out of it's own way.

Definitely see below. 190/190 15 year old crate 350, 700R4 and 3.08 gears with 31s. I hit the throttle at the beginning of the on ramp and hold til the next exit when I merge. Not literally but it damn sure feels that way.

Oddly enough, my own answer is also a Dodge D50, which I've decided I am going to sell and get something V8 powered instead of swapping a Lancer EVO motor into it.

Come to think of it, my '79 Triumph Spitfire might have been almost as slow in a straight line, but a lot more fun.

eather the 84 Isuzu pup i had as a winter truck or my over geared stock engine Willy's jeep the jeep was slow because it had 5:38's in it but would pull the asshole out of a bear
