FS: Engine Management System and Wire Harness

    For Sale:

Brand New EMS-Pro Engine Management System with lifetime warranty and technical/tuning support.

    $800 with wire harness

COMPLETE control over ignition and fuel, and many other options included. If you have questions about compatibility for your specific engine, it's easiest to post here and I'll respond. This system supports any engine combo that a Megasquirt-1-"Extra" system will support (basically, EVERYTHING except a Viper engine unless you convert it to EDIS ignition).

Besides spark and fuel, it supports:
    -Boost control
    -Launch control/Boost builder
-Closed loop AFR correction with any 0-1 or 0-5v wide or narrowband O2 sensors
    -full datalogging
-onboard, 4-bar MAP sensor (that's 44.5psi of boost support!)
-onboard Low Impedance Injector drivers (a $400 upgrade on other popular EMS's, and NOT resistor based)
-USB or Serial connectivity to your laptop. No serial port? no problem. The ONLY standalone with built-in USB.
-Staged injector support. Tested and running on 13B and 20B rotary engines.
-Advanced wet or dry Nitrous Oxide triggering. No more "window" or "TPS switches" - can be used as "boost builder" for large turbo applications also.
-Idle Air Controller support: PWM style, or Solenoid on/off
-advanced, adjustable knock sensor input and timing retard
    -configurable tach output
-Passed all the same UL/ISO/FCC tests as the OEM engine management systems. No other EMS, including Motec, has done this. Experimental aircraft are now using this system as a result.
-Speed Density, Alpha-N, or Hybrid Alpha tuning algorithms (great for Individual Throttle Bodies with no minimal plenum volume)
-Single or Staged shift light outputs (FIA-conforming 3-stage support)
-Military-spec, AMPseal connector and wire harness. Top of the line Waytek wire used in harness.

This system is based on Megasquirt-I software features, but is a totally redesigned circuit board using OEM-grade components. It was designed by a team of engineers from Motorola to be as reliable as any Ford, GM, or Toyota engine management system - a far cry more reliable than any other commercial standalone (with the exception of a few Mototron-based units, who makes OEM EMS for Daimler-Chrysler).

This system comes with a lifetime warranty, no questions asked, from it's manufacturer EFISource.com. It also comes with lifetime "tech support" which is ME. If you're local to the Omaha area, I'll even provide free tuning support (tuning is pretty easy!). If you miswire the system and break it, it gets replaced quickly with no hassle.

For the money, it's reliability, performance, and features cannot be beat.

A number of highly successful race and street cars run this system with satisfaction - these include cars making 6+ hp per cubic inch, Bonneville world record holders, Hot Rod "Drag Week" class champions, roadracing cars, Reno Air Race class champions, Pacific Offshore Racing class winners (big, fast race boats), and plenty of other engines like yours.
If you have questions, feel free to ask.

    Thanks for looking!

Eventually, I would like to purchase one of these. Do you have any idea if you could rig this to work with MPFI from a 88 Escort GT?

Yep, it'll work with that engine very easily. That engine has a distributor, yes? instead of coilpacks? Distributor engines are simple to work with.
