I hadn't had mezcal before, decided to try it. If there's a "worm" in it (really, a moth larvae) it's low quality. Good smoky flavor, but I felt worse than Vegas...Editor-at-Large at...well, here, of course!

Put about 100 miles on ol' Goliath today.
Drove it around some early in the day to make sure all systems were OK after sitting for a few weeks, then loaded the boys in and headed for the bi-weekly 2,000 car cruise that happens at Gilette stadium where the Patriots play. Truck did a great job despite the heat, and all went really well. I poop you not when I tell you we were there five minutes when someone came up and said, "Is this Goliath?" I said, "Man, I hope so because I'm going to be embarrassed as hell is someone else showed up with another one!"
I spent most of the time cruising the show and shooting photos with the kids, but the truck got a great response and there was a crowd of people gathered around it every time I cruised back by. When I was getting ready to load up the weiner brothers, this group of about 4 18 year old kids came up and were asking lots of questions. They said the truck was their favorite thing they saw that night, which for some reason really made me smile.
No shit, I was driving out directly behind a Ferrari 430 and had to take the long way through the crowd as to not drive over a couple other cars trying to eek through. About 50 people in the course of five minutes told me to drive over the Ferrari!
