    '67-'70 Mustang steering box

I need a decent manual box for my '69. '67-'70 are the same. Mine is way loose, and can't be adjusted anymore. Can Paypal or send M.O.

PM me if you have one. Thanks, Andy

Have you considered an updgrade to the Granada/Monarch/Versailes set up or are you looking to stay original?

I'm not aware of that setup, and up here, a decent box for one of those cars would be just as hard to find. What's the advantage, better steering ratio?

It is a five lug upgrade with power brakes and is power steering. Actually a nice bolt in upgrade if you are not looking at keeping the "original" set up.

I have an original set of disc brakes to install, or the Granada setup, which I was saving for another car. The steering box is what is needing to be replaced.
I thought you were going to tell me I should have scavenged all the boxes out of the cars I grabbed the brake setups from.

Why not buy a brand new Flaming River box?

Andy - I have one in the '69 mach1 now.

The car was originally equipped with powersteering, whats in there now is manual, manual brakes too.

I've purchased a complete powersteering set up used, with the box, and all the linkage.

The manual one is still in the car.... do you have anything to trade that would be right for my car - or would you rather just buy it outright?

Andy, aren't there differences in the boxes in some of the 67s and 68s, depending on short shaft or long shaft, and the sector shaft diameter?
