Not sure if this is still going or not, but after you get all of the CarJunkies and Dragstrips on there (because that's not a lot in itself) how about adding a category for actual auto parts places (I don't mean a place that asks the year if you ask for a PF8 filter). I know there's only a couple around me, and it would help if someone's on the road to know where one is.

That's actually a really good idea.
I apologize, I've sort of gone stale on adding dragstips lately. But I'll get that going tonight.
I'm about to go see a guy about a motor, otherwise I'd do a few now.
The biggest problem with adding speedshops and junk yards is that there's no central directory (I'm using NHRA track listings for the dragstrips) so I'd have to rely on members telling me about the shops near them, which is inconvenient for all of us.

Sheesh, no one from beeutiful metro Chicagoland is on yer map yet? Guess I'll be the first. Winthrop Harbor, IL., half way between Chicago and Milwaukee.

FYI, my car was sold new from a long departed dealer in downtown Chicago. How it survived this long beats me. I had nothing to do with it.

Ok. I know I've fallen behind. But I was just doing some training stuff for the last three weeks and was lucky to get an hour of time to my self. And then, to top it off, they put me on duty today. I have a computer here that I can use to get on the 'net and do things like look at the forum, but I can't get to the page to set up the map from here. Stupid restrictions on military computers and all that.
When I get off tomorrow morning, I'll go back and search for all the people who've not been added yet and I'll throw up some more tracks before I pass out. It'll keep me awake while I wait for my laundry anyways.
