Curious who all is waitlisted and whether you've been called yet? I saw another thread with a guesstimate 20% no-show and it got me thinking about it. If you are waitlisted and / or already got the call, would you mind checking in here?

I think I am on the list, still waiting for the call and I am working and planning as if I am in. I just talked to my co-pilot and he said, "I don't think I want to camp out if it's going to be 105 degrees", I don't either. So, I guess we will be moteling it.Comment

My gut tells me you'll make it.. I think a LOT of people knee jerked, and jumped in, and may of had good intentions, but in reality, they will never put the effort in, or the sacrifices they must make when it comes down to it.. For us working slugs, you gotta make some adjustments in your life to get to a week long event like this, no doubt about it, and most will get cold feet and come up with a reason in their mind that will satisfy them as to why they should not go, again, human nature for most, with the exception of some of the veterans who don't have enough sense to find excuses not to go..Originally posted by GH View Post
