Believe it or not I have a relative that's on this stuff. While no face eating has yet occurred there have been enough strange reports which lead me to not doubt the authenticity of this story.

I had a young guy stop and start talking to me the other day at a taco joint. He was going on and on about the Army and how he recently got out, he yacked enough to make be believe he had served at some point, he just knew too much of the lingo. Anyway, the dude is twitching and shaking, he was all over the place...compleatly wacked out and no doubt a meth addict. When he smiled his teeth were so freaking jacked up it was mind blowing. How bad do things have to be that doing that kind of damage to yourself is a better alternative....

Meth is evil............it flat out changes people..........Now I've done plenty of LSD in my youth and never had the urge to chew someone face off......... That guy must have had other mental problems that the LSD amplified........

"Bath Salts" is the generic name, but it's basically synthetic meth that is packaged and sold as bath salts. People buy it, and I'm not sure if they snort it, injected it, or smoke it but it's bad stuff. It was legally sold over the counter for awhile until law agency started catching on.. In my relatives case he's been caught barking like a dog in the middle of busy intersections and ripping off his clothes like he's on fire (al la ricky bobby) and jumping into the river to cool off. He's always been a knucklehead with an addictive personality. It's amazing he isn't dead.

My oldest son just graduated grade school and will be starting high school next year..... I sat him down a few weeks ago and really gave him a heart to heart about that same stuff and this stuff called "Spice", which is some sort of Marijuana alternative that they sell at the smoke shops legally........ I told him to stay away form that stuff as people have died from doing it........ I told him his best bet was to stay away form drugs and the people that do them and pointed out how messed up a few of the people I know are and how that's the end result of years of drug abuse............ But then I'm no fool either, I know I live in a big city, I know what I did as a kid, and I don't expect any less form my kids, so ya I'm prepared for the worst......Hoping for the best.......... Main thing is to inform them and not go all ape shit crazy if you catch them doing it, that will only make them rebel more......It's at that time that they need your love and understanding the most........ Maybe instead of telling you cousin not to do drugs or look down upon him, instead take him by the hand as show him what the drugs that he is doing are actually doing to his body and what effects they has on his mental state.......... Sometimes Education is the key............

At the end of the day, I've thought about getting naked and doing some stuff before, but chewing somebody's face off and growling like a danged old bear before I got shot to death...those things I never considered. Not what I had in mind at all.
