    ? from the roofing crew



    The roofing crew had to go thru my garage to get to the back yard.Here are some ? I got.
    What kind of engine is that?
    Is that a flathead?
    Why are the heads so big?
    That's a Ford engine,right?

    Guess they weren't car crazy.

                  Don't feel bad. Friday at Bob's Big Boy someone saw the 383 tags on my valve covers and asked me why I put a Chrysler engine in my Chevy. I told him it wasn't a Chevy, it was a Ford.

                          I want your car, Hemi and all.

                          I like telling chevy guys my 400 has a 350 crank and rods in it, its still 400 inches on a Pontiac. Then I tell them it has 2.11 intakes and 1.77 exhaust valves and they look at me like I am nuts. They still dont get it when I tell them it has 6.625" rods in it. Its always fun talking to people who dont know anything about your engine.
