Need a little help in the Lake Geneva Wisconsin area.....

Brothers and sisters, I am looking at a truck to purchase in the Lake Geneva area. The owner has sent me grainy video but its impossible to make out much of the details underneath the truck. It's a 79 Ford that has lived it's whole life in Wisconsin so you can understand why I might be concerned about rust. Is there anyone in that area that is willing to go put hands on it for me ?
