Anyone know of one? I decided to get registered tonight & wow(!) now $119? I thought that it was $99? Which by the way is already quite an increase from last year as I recall.

And the processing fee has doubled to $7.70 as well.

They used to list prices when they announced around January including an early registration discount if there was one. Now they evidently let you believe that it is a standard pricing system & then stick this in the fine print; Prices are not final and may be adjusted during the registration process. I have never signed up for any event that pulled something like that. Not exactly a way to create motivation for early registration if you do not know the rules of the game. They really need to create some kind of uncomplicated standardization from year to year. (Yes, this kind of sneaky, back door crap pisses me off!)

There are always additional fees with everything these days. Then there are the "free" cheepo shirts that don't fit and MTOD membership that I don't care about. I have not registered yet either. Its either fees added on or they want more for shipping than the thing cost.
