Well my inspection issue got solved today. After a long text exchange with the seller I followed my gut feeling & bought the car. A bit suspect of doing it that way but I had talked to him on the phone twice prior & I figured if we ended up in front of a judge it might be better to have it in writing. Because of being tied up with grandkids until the Christmas break I will not be able to make the day drive (each way) to pick it up until after Christmas. Don't know if it will be the 2017 car or not. Pictures & more to come when it gets home.
