Everything is bigger in Texas!
Buc-ee’s has the largest convenience stores in the nation. They are only located Texas and usually have the best gas prices than anyone. They are known for the cleanest bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone to go. The largest store is in New Braunfels, TX. It has 120 gas pumps. It looks like there are two Buc-ee’s located on the power tour route.
There is one in Baytown, TX which is the final destination for the first day. (4080 East Freeway
Baytown, TX 77521)
The second one is on the route on day two on the way to Austin, TX. It is located 155 miles from Baytown in Bastrop, TX (1700 Highway 71 East Bastrop, TX 78602). I suggest everyone stop here for fuel, restroom, and drinks. It will have the cheapest fuel before you get to the Circuit of the Americas track. It will be on your right as you come into Bastrop so it’s easy to get in and out. It has more gas pumps than you have ever seen and 70 clean toilets and urinals. It can accommodate a whole convoy of long haulers. They also sell Texas souvenirs.
