Same place as cruise central for Cursing The Coast. Good spot lots of shade and can handle a good bit of traffic. The area is used to hosting large car events and traffic. CTC brings in 7000 plus registered cars and about that many that don't register every year ( like me). The gulf coast population increases by over 100,000. for the last weekend of CTC.

For you guys that have never been to the Mississippi coast, Google and YouTube Crusin the coast. It will give a little insight on how we do it on the gulf. Lots of good food. We did not get to be the fattest state because the food sucks. Do a little sight seeing and cruise the beach from Ocean Springs to Waveland.

Seeing that I missed cruisin the coast this year I will get my credentials stamped, check into the hotel and cruise like I was 16 again.

There will be less than half as many cars on the HRPT than Cruisin' the Coast. If the same local car club members and police direct traffic for HRPT, they can get the job done. Participants for seven HRPT venues last year was 5,828 vehicles.

I just looked on travel planners site and there is only 1 hotel on beach blvd. we made reservations 2 months ago in Biloxi on beach blvd at treasure bay casino/hotel for 98 bucks plus taxes. About 6 miles from venue. Anyone else staying on the beach in that direction?

If anybody has rooms in Biloxi on Beach Blvd. . I would just keep them it is a nice cruise down hwy 90 to the venue. We have a room at Quality Inn in Biloxi. That is where we stay at Crusin the Coast the staff is nice and the rooms are clean ,older motel but clean..

That venue doesn't look promising, but I've never attended CTC. That said, how many cars can it hold, plus spectators and vendor parking? I'm keeping my rooms in Biloxi, btw.
                              GM G-bodies, because I can't afford a 69 Camaro.
