  • Fired Up My Injection System The Other Day

I've been slowly working on installing my multiport
injection system(Holley HP) and I fired it up the other
day... sure is nice to just turn the key and it stays lit..
myself and a couple of buddies did a swap meet the
other day and stopped by my shop to have a few cold
ones and of course they said... well lets hear it.. reached
in the window and turned the key and it sprang to life...
no more 3 stalls before it'll stay lit...... sure is nice.. now
Dale(Quick52) is thinking.. LOL... I havent done much
to let it do the learning curve.. I'll wait till spring so I can
get it out on the road to give it a good learning process..
still not sure if I'm gonna have to build up a race program
for the fuel.... since this is trying to drive to stoich all the
time... I'll see come spring... gotta love the aspect that I
can change to a race set up in a minute or so and never
    pull any tools out

Nice! I am working that way as well.
Why think when you can be doing something fruitful?

I bought my system through Monte... he was a big help
and saved me $700 on stuff that I didnt need... it still
came direct from Holley but Monte placed the order with
the pump and the injectors... what I got was the total package
with multipoint and a 4150 base 1000cfm throttle body... the
whole package is very nice... simple and self learning... anyone
can install this except MAYBE drilling the manifold and rails for
the injectors... I had a bit for doing the injector holes from my
work days(I did a lot of the fab work in the fuel lab at Chrysler)
