Englishtown to Maine. You heard it here first!!!!! Did hear at 1 time Englishtown was a thought. Mid west was a sure bet, again at 1 time. Thought's are all up in the air again. Lower 48. Do not think it will ever be in Canada as bad as I for one would love it. Boogers. We drove damn near past the driveway of George Rays in 2013 St Louis to Memphis.

Define 'mid-west'. Do you mean west of the Mississippi river? So are you expecting it east of the Mississippi river?

heh....for us guys in Arizona, "midwest" means anywhere from New Mexico to Ohio
