Nobody remembers the old days when it was a big deal to assemble their own engine? When racers wit big sponsorships were the bad guys?

Well speedy times have changed. I still stick my own mopar turds together but my junk isn't making 3500HP.

I wasn't going to admit it, but the real reason I missed DW this year is that I underestimated the cooling time of my block... darn thing took forever after I poured it.

Why think when you can be doing something fruitful?

A pure copper block is crap for cylinder rigidity. Back to square one

Copper sheathing on the wire proved a failed venture as well.
