It is not the jacket, it is what it took to get the jacket. I am no gatekeeper, just a serious racer! If my car breaks, I fix it. I would not enter an event without a done car or a backup engine and trans! In 2011 my dragweek car was a failure on day 1 so I went home and got my other car that was just as fast to finish out the week with no chance of winning. I could have just rode along in the motor home towing the car but that is not what it is about and that is what I am saying, Don't do it in a slow car. What the hell do you do all season 38p? Dragweek is just 1 race! Hardly a street/ strip car if it doesn't run! Dragweek is an event that invites people to show off their street driven race cars and to prove to everyone that their car is really street able. That is what it is about. The original dragweek was an invite only event that DF invited people with race cars that were streetable and FAST. I don't think he said " if you can't make it in your cool car bring your gay one" so whatever dragweek is to you is for sure not the point DF was after.

I changed my mind. If the Mustang breaks between now and DW, I'm taking the '07 Mountaineer. It will run mid-15's all day long, and maybe a high 14 since I figured out how to turn the stability control off !!! That ought to keep Geoff happy. lol

Registration is non transferable. However... there are ways around it.The original registry could be BigG's copilot and they would let him in that way.
