  • What is your front tire diameter?

DWers, what is the diameter of your front tires? And why did you pick the diameter you did? (e.g. Roll out, reaction time, ET, "rubber rake", less weight, fewer red lights . . . . )

My fronts are 25.5 tall. I would say I chose that for "rubber rake" as the backs are 26" tall. I would like to go to 28" rears and 27" fronts but my current ride hieght prohibits the 28s in the rear I just tried it. I could use the longer rollout of the taller front tire. I don't spend enough time practicing the tree and I go red pretty easy and often lol.

26 because that's the diameter of the right size old style bias ply tire that fits on a 4.5" wide rim. Don't make it too complicated.

25.5 on the front their 205 65 16s and Rears are 275 55 16s dia is 28 at full psi. I had 26s on the rear that wouldn't hook. but the new tire rake for ME is perfect! I'll post a pic soon.
