I just spent 3 hours on the web booking rooms. Lots of the stuff close to the tracks is booked. Byron is the hardest. Also, I tried to use rewards points instead of dollars, IHG won't take points for hardly anything close to a track during drag week.

they have never turned anyone away. bring a lot of money, the entry fee is a bit higher the day of? Just be in line before the cut off time (it's been 1 pm most years), and when you get to the registration table, you register.

I am planning to make my first Drag Week this year. Excited the dates were announced, just forgot to check Hot Rod's website on a regular basis.
The plan is to get in via online registration, then if that fails wait list but I've already decided I would just show up. As others have stated, DW has never reached 350 entries.

last year's results list shows 355 entries (although the numbers go up to 393).
Unless I'm wrong.
