EFI Fuel increases with boost

Im running MS2 EFI, roots blower, on E85. Ive dyno-ed at 6PSI but want to throw on another pully and up the boost when the track opens again. I was curious how the best way as I know the increased boost is going to want more fuel. Just let MS figure it out just step slowly into it?
