90 corvette with holley stealth ram

Have a friend that put this intake on a built 355 . He's got fuel preasure but the injectors aren't firing . Any ideas ?

I am pretty sure the main reason injectors wont fire is a signal that the engine is rotating, be it cam, crank or tach signal if there is no cam or crank sensor.

He found it he had a plug turned the wrong way .Man it sounds wicked . I wish I knew how to post a video from my text messages .
