i cut my own hair too. still got a mullet, stuck in the 80's, lol.

wife comments that i have lots of gray hair these days at only 45. but she was with me when i got carded for beer a few months back.

so who gets the senior discounts on haircuts, restaurants, etc?

MY wife and I went in some place to eat and I ordered wine for my wfe. The little cutie taking our order asked for my ID. I said I love you.

I too cut my own hair. It's not hard to do when you keep it as close to the scalp as possible.

Yep. Used to have hair down to my belt. Then it started thinning and I didn't want to be Mr Balding Pony Tail guy, so now I'm just plain old bald. Haven't paid for a hair cut in years.

Mine's not thinning and likely won't. I do have a slight recession on the sides. I just got tired of the maintenance. I kept it rather short in the service and liked the wash & go but let it grow when I got out. I got tired of having to mess with it. Can't have a bad hair day if you have no hair.

Can one have a "bad scalp day"? I'm not that bald yet so I don't know - though that day may be coming. Should I try Rogaine?

We use a great lady here in town. She's a several-time breast cancer survivor so we have kind of taken her into our heart as Mom was a survivor, too (43 years). ME and I go in together and it's become a "couple thing" so we both enjoy it.

The barber at the REAL barber shop years ago said he knew a fella who took Rogaine and Viagra at the same time. He grew some new hair but it wouldn't lay down.
