The list of songs I can’t stand will not fit in the internet. Let’s just say I have had it with most of the self righteous, over played, over-rated, baby-boomer, bullshit classic rock… Wow, that sounds angry. Sorry

Having given this thread subject some additional thought....I've decided on a specific song. The most grating song to me was a one-hit thing....artist called Melanie - "Roller Skate." Maybe some of you ancient folks remember it - "I've got a brand new pair of roller skates, you've got a brand new key..."

That song came on every morning at the stop light 1 mile from work for months it seemed. LOL.

Some songs that are OK are ruined by long, seemingly endless chants. Hey Jude for instance. Na na na na na na na, Hey Jude at the end is longer than the damn song

Too many to list . I hate Old time rock and roll hate that damn song and Your so vain sucks too and most crap made after about 1994 . Nirvana and that whole genre and most pop songs in tha time suck.

I have still not heard more than a couple seconds of this song, total. Guess I should count myself lucky. Same thing happened with Rhianna's "Umbrella", every one was b!*@-ing about it forever. I had never even heard it before.

Chili Peppers!

They started as the punk-funk fusion band. Now 10 CDs and 5 Guitar players later they are pretty much punked and funked out. How much Flea Poppity Boop bass playing can anyone stand? And Anthony being oh so cryptic lyrically. Even Rain Dance Maggie is tired of hearing Rain Dance Maggie.

I've been gone a while.....so did i already post "We Built This City" by Jefferson Starship? HORRIBLE piece of shit that was. If it comes on XM I can't grab the switch fast enough
