up on the tire, i use that one a lot to describe someone thats all excited.
forked a rod,
torched a head,
windowed a block,
poped a blower,
put it on the high side,

Dent the floor (holding it, or never lifting)

Clean'in ditches (spinning off, or almost spinning off the road)

Clean it out (rev)

Kick it's guts (start it up)

Sawwing on the wheel (trying to make it go straight)

Feather (working the throttle)

Gears (pounding, slamming, grinding, rowing, slamming, throwing, punching)
