So the steering wheel on my barn find '65 Ford Wagon is shot and I'm replacing it. i'm waffling on what to replace it with, but narrowed it down to these 2 wheels, both 15". And I'm asking for your vote.

I like the wood one but I've always had a fondness for wooden wheels going back to GTOs. More classy than tacky.

Had a nice wood one on my 57... Weed swells and disorts Got it wrapped in tape cuz the pieces keep whacking me..
The gold one is shallower. Be easier to turn.

The wood one would be my choice. I know the metalflake wheels used to be real popular, but I never found them all that good looking. Of course there is no right or wrong here, it is all a matter of opinion.Comment

I would only go with the metal flake if (1) it has some sort of thick coating so it won't rub off on your hands, and (2) the car is done up as a '70s street freak.Comment
