Turn the sound up up and up.

At least a guard on those driving chains.

Thing is as big as a train engine, and sounds time a bi plane. Wonder what the top speed is.

Supposedly, the Beast ran as fast as 150 back in the day. After all, it was built to set the Land Speed Record.

FILM UPDATE: I'm afraid I was a bit optimistic in suggesting February for a completion date. The car has still to be driven and proper paid jobs keep getting…

          Great piece of history.

that proportion disappeared with a 4bt...or a perkins. 100hp 5000 foot pounds, love the numbers.

            Appreciate your video post.

The Barracuda in the background......love that body style.

I would LOVE to be right there when it fires up and drives by at full song!
Man! The way it spits chunks (unburnt fuel?)
I think "headers" was undreamed of in those days..
Looks to run very rich to save valves?
My saw builder told me I needed at least 3 inches of pipe past the port as not to burn pistons on my comp. saw..

sounds like it needs a bit of tuning...the torque that thing makes must be incredible....
