Turns out he was doing it right, but his photo is jacked up for some unknown reason we can't figure out yet. If anyone else is getting a black X or any other message about their photo that they are trying to upload, try another. If others work, but one doesn't, send it to me via email [email protected] and I'll try to figure out what is up.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people had their stuff "in the cloud" and didn't even realize it. OneDrive is cloud based and a lot of new hardware with msft software on it defaults to synching there. Used upload attachments for this one and chose the size as large.
