There is a piece of legislation in Michigan that raises eyebrows. House Bill 5726 effectively is a ban on aftermarket exhaust systems that are not purely 100% stock. Wow, do they really not have anything better to do with their time!?! I mean the state is sinking into the lake; population has declined for the last 14 years, Detroit is under the largest bankruptcy filing for a city ever, and jobs are fleeing.

But we've got time to "ef" around with the one out of 250 drivers that wants to change mufflers. And politicians wonder why their approval ratings are stuck in the single digits?
