Hey y'all, I know it's Tuesday everywhere else today , but here in the Big Easy it's Mardi Gras . It's a day (or the last 5 days) to forget all of the problems of the world and be with your family, friends and neighbors and have a party. Bust out the BBQ pit, boiling pot ,wine,beer and spirits ,catch a parade and sing and dance. The saying down here is, Les Bon Temps Roule' or ( Let The Good Times Roll!!!!!)
So with that, I pop my first cold one of the day and say, HAPPY MARDIS GRAS Y'ALL!!!!! ;D
