are you working on /owning and driveing/ or just driveing your coolest ride? building something? or is it a cool memory?
seems like driving cool stuff (other peoples stuff I couldnt afford) has dried up the last few years
the only people that would have me drive dont buy good stuff and arnt worth dealing with :-\ not worth
getting beat to hell in a poopy dirt mod. and the others are broke! money for good parts hard to get, but I am still
optimistic! what you guys doing?

The Glory days are right now....I am building a Hot Rod and a Race Car. The best is yet to come.

My glory days have never really had much to do with cars. I always thought they would, but they haven't. Leaving home to move cross country really began my most enjoyable segment of life. That amped up even more when I got married. Now a dog. House is next.

Im pretty happy with most stuff right now I have a nice house im healthy I have a great wife, a decent job she has a decent job as well I cant complain.In my car world there is always one I want but again I have 2 Garage cars so thats pretty good but I wish the good stuff was still more plentiful and still around.

Somebody (FDR maybe?) said that "The Good Old Days" are today - tomorrow. Things look better looking back. Or worse, if you perceived times as bad. I had great times thruout my life, and right now is pretty darn great, too. Life ARE good!

there are alot of positive replys! :D glad to see things are going well for my fellow junkyard buddys! my cars are not most important to me, but I like messing with them old turds! made a deal to buy another cutlass :P this one is a 78

Sitting here in the 'man cave' with a full belly from a good ribeye and baked potato. Having a smoke, checking out all the new carpet and vinyl that came in this week for the '55 and still trying to get going installing it. Yep, life isn't too bad after all.
