A clever way to get our National treasures back

Now I think this sets a good precedent - we can recall all our "national treasures" from other countries.....

What should we try to get back? That Rover v-8 that was first a Buick? Jim Morisons grave? Drifting?

At least that is a little more legitimate than Spain's claims to the Galleon gold that have sat at the bottom of the ocean for centuries, locations unknown. Despite centuries old maritime law giving salavagers rightful and legal ownership.
      Escaped on a technicality.

        Yeah......what's that all about??

I dig watching some of the National Geographic or Discovery Channel stuff on treasure hunting.

Spain is following the old adage that if you can, you will.... they can demand the gold back; and claim it's a national treasure... Personally we should simply declare all american muscle cars national treasures and bring them back home....

and for those whose panties are a bit too tight.... I'm kidding - I think this article underlines people's stupidity and how far that stupidity has reached.

Reason number 4,358,683 that France sucks.

I'd love to know how the original owner's family lost possession of the vehicle.

They can have the car back, but then we should be able to give France back to Germany.
