                  These are exclusively for "off the road" use, you do know about bumper and safety and smog laws.

                                              Hemmings Muscle Machines just had an article about a driving school selling off a fleet of Cobra powered Crown Vics, no titles, bill of sale with a whole deal about not to be registered, ever, no way no how. One guy kept going to the DMV over and over, turned down every time. Until he got one clerk who just put everything right through as though all his past visits never happened. just got lucky.
