Need help with diff mount repair

I need to fill a broken rear diff mount on an indepedent rear. I can't find any place to get liquid polyurithaine or something that is strong enough to withstand the force. Some people have said window weld but its been tried and is to brittle, it rips too easily. Any ideas. I need this like last week. lol

This is bad but Im at work and have no picture. The grey is metal the black is rubber the white circles are bolt holes. what happens is the center twists and tears away from the rubber. I want to fill it in so it can't twist. It cant be solid b/c it will crack the housing. The mount is only about 1" thick and maybe 8x6" outside dimensions

What about strips of vulcanized rubber? It shouldn't tear.

I was looking for a liquid that I could poor into place and would bond as it dried

If Loctite doesn't have something then nobody does.

Think about also using a limiter so that it doesn't move to the point of seperating the rubber from the mount. Studs into the inner thru larger holes or slots in the outer. Look at different durometers of rubber and 3M bonding cement. Try www.mcmaster.com

Sorry I cant help you with the rubber. But I can give you a tip with paint hold the shift button down while drawing straight lines also works for 45 degree angles.

I know about the shift button I was just really buisy at work and literally whipped that out in under 30 seconds. lol I told my buddy Id print it out and tape it under the car so everytime he went to check the diff mount it wouldnt look broken. NO WORRIES!!!

McMaster is a good thing. Grainger often has similar stuff and usually have a local store. McMaster almost always has stuff to you the next day, so they're cool, too. I imagine the McMaster warehouse in Chicago must be like Acme (Wile E. Coyote's source). Aisles of anvils, rockets, etc.

That right there is the way to cure a faulty Mopar engine mount on their FWD hunks of disaster! Good find indeed!
