I would kill some one if they made my garage look like those in the pictures. Just give me the cash and I will decorate it with a really nice tig machine, a new compressor, and a motor/tranny for the New Port. :D

A wine cellar!! There are a lot of 2 bedroom houses on our street including ours. More than a few have had the garages turned into a third bedroom. Every time I see one I say to my wife "Well, that one's a tear down" :D

with a $25K budget, and the garage being owned by a gear head, I'm pretty certain it'd get outfitted pretty well, all with things they can show on a TV program: designer pegboard walls, big benches, lots of storage (Gladiator?), drill press, grinders, welder, nut/bolt storage cabinets, big ol' plasma screen on the wall...
