You guys in California have Pomona coming up and the Florida folks have Daytona gearing up !
Here in Dallas our year starts off with the Dallas Auto Rama traveling car show !
I keep hoping someone rich will adopt a 61 year old son [ me ] so I can buy another toy or two .
One of my favorites a 1934 Custom Dodge 4 Door Gangster Sedan with a Chromed out Blown Big Block Chevy with " Lady In RED " etched in Red script on the valve covers.
Lowered Channeled , Chopped narrowed chromed rear end Dark Red with huge yellow flames.
It was at the good guys with a for sale sign on it.
I was temped to sell both Corvettes and hock my dog but the market went belly up and I lost enough money to buy a new ZR 1 with enough left over for big Vegas Party so I just looked and looked took pictures and drooled a lot.
Well dream on and at least something Automotive will be starting shortly and guys in the upper midwest and the North East it's wayyyy to early to even think about cars ! I don't know how you make it , I would have to at least have a heated garage to do some work or I would go stir crazy !
Speaking of garage time I'm putting a new XM/Sirus Radio w/speakers wiring harness and ant adapter in my Hot Rod Corvette and I just about have to take the car apart !
Dang I aught to check into putting a mild cage in it since half the interior has to come out anyway !
I like that old dog I really don't want to hock him but you know about car habits if you hang out around here ! :
